Brie-Stuffed Jalapeño Bites

If you are a fan of jalapeño poppers, then check out this elevated version using creamy brie and salty cured ham.

These brie-stuffed jalapeno bites are a surefire hit! Not only are they delicious, but they're also low-carb and perfect for anyone following a ketogenic diet.

To make these bites, you'll need the following ingredients:

  • 8 large jalapeno peppers

  • 4 ounces brie cheese, sliced into thin wedges

  • 4 slices speck or bacon, cut in half

  • Toothpicks or small skewers

First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Next, slice the jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and ribs. You can use a spoon or a small knife to scrape out the seeds and ribs, but be careful not to touch your eyes or face while handling the peppers as they can be quite spicy.

Once the peppers are prepared, stuff each pepper half with a slice of brie cheese. The cheese should fit snugly inside the pepper, but be careful not to overstuff it.

Wrap each stuffed pepper with a half slice of speck or bacon (any cured ham will do!), securing it in place with a toothpick or skewer. Place the peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Once the peppers are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. These brie-stuffed jalapeno bites are best served hot, so be sure to serve them while they're still warm.

These bites are a great appetizer for any occasion, and they're sure to be a hit with everyone. The combination of spicy jalapeno peppers, creamy brie cheese, and crispy bacon is hard to resist, and the low carb factor makes them a great choice for anyone following a healthy diet. Plus, they're easy to make and only require a few simple ingredients, making them a great choice for a quick and tasty appetizer.

Try serving these brie-stuffed jalapeno bites at your next party or gathering, and watch as they disappear before your eyes!
