Cinnamon Vanilla Dalgona Coffee
One of the best things to come out of #quarantine was the whipped coffee trend. My original recipe was such a hit and I made it almost everyday!
But it wasn't until recently that I decided to play around with other flavors in my #dalgonacoffee and I can't believe it took this long to kick it up a notch! My favorite so far has been cinnamon & vanilla - an amazing combination that is my newest addiction.

Here's the original recipe, which is the base of this recipe. The two other ingredients you'll need is Vietnamese cinnamon and vanilla syrup. But the real key to a successful whipped coffee is an immersion blender with a whisk attachment and a tall quart container (my favorite came together in a bundle). This is the best way to ensure you get light, fluffy coffee.
Ingredients
1 cup milk
2 1/2 Tbsp instant coffee
3 Tbsp Domino sugar
3 Tbsp warm water
1 tsp Vietnamese cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp vanilla syrup
In a glass, combine milk and vanilla syrup
Using the immersion blender in a quart container, whip instant coffee, water, cinnamon, and sugar until light and frothy
Layer the whipped coffee on the milk and enjoy!
