Castelvetrano Olives

juice from olives

pinches
of black pepper

cup
ice

good Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Chopin vodka
more olives for garnish
Instructions
In a shaker, add olives, olive juice, and 1 pinch of black pepper. Muddle until pulverized.
Add ice, then pour over vodka.
Shake for 15 seconds or until the metal is frosted.
Strain into a martini glass.
Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle on last pinch of black pepper
Garnish with additional olives and sip away.
Notes
Chilling your martini glass for 30 minutes before crafting your cocktail will keep it colder for longer, prevent dilution, and reduce condensation.
