Homemade Sweet Hawaiian Rolls

Homemade Hawaiian Rolls are soft, buttery, and just slightly sweet—the kind of bread that makes every meal feel just a little more special.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/4 tsp dry active yeast
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp softened butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup pineapple juice

Instructions
 

  • Add yeast, water, and sugar. Let mixture get frothy
  • Mix in 3 cups flour, salt, butter, and pineapple juice.
  • Knead until smooth
  • Place in a greased bowl, cover, and rise for 1 hour
  • Roll out dough onto floured surface and divide into 12 pieces. Roll into balls and place in greased 9x13 baking dish. Loosely cover and let rise for another hour.
  • Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Brush wjth melted butter while still warm. Let cool and enjoy!
