Honey Halva Cardamom Latte
Inspired by the "house latte" at Tatte Bakery, this Honey Halva Cardamom latter is cozy, creamy, and the perfect cup of coffee for the fall and winter.

- 4 oz brewed espresso
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp halva room temperature
- 1/3 Tbsp Hibernate Honey syrup
In a blender, combine milk and halva until thick and creamy
Mix ground espresso and cardamom. Brew espresso using an espresso maker or Moka pot.
Pour espresso into a mug and stir in Hibernate honey syrup.
Froth the milk and halva mixture until fluffy. Pour over espresso and enjoy!
