  • 1 Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 4 oz of goat cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoons of honey

Instructions

  • Slice the baguette and drizzle with EVOO. Slightly toast - about 10 minutes on 350°.
  • Let the goat and cream cheeses come to room temperature so it's easier to work with. Place the cheese in a food processor to whip it until it's smooth and creamy.
  • Once the cheese is whipped, drizzle in the honey and mix until it's well combined.
  • Transfer the whipped cheese to a piping bag and cut the tip. Pipe onto the crostini.
  • Top with craisins and finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Notes

If you'd like to make your own balsamic glaze, it's super easy and only requires 1 ingredient. Heat 1 cup of balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring the vinegar to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer until it's reduced by half and has a syrupy consistency. This will take about 20-30 minutes. Let the glaze cool before using it on the appetizers.
