Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz St. Germain
  • 2 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 oz peach nectar fresh if you can find it
  • 4 oz sparkling wine a crisp prosecco or dry Cava is perfect
  • 2 oz club soda
  • Ice
  • Garnish: basil sprig and fresh peach slices

Instructions
 

Prepare the Glass

  • In a large, stemmed wine glass filled with ice, add the St. Germain and the basil leaves. Gently press the basil with a spoon to release its fragrance—this step makes all the difference.

Build the Spritz

  • Pour in the peach nectar, then top with sparkling wine. Add a splash or two of club soda for extra fizz.

Mix and Garnish

  • Stir gently to combine all the flavors without losing too many bubbles. Garnish with a sprig of basil and a slice or two of fresh peach for a touch of elegance.
