Slow cooker sausage and pepper hoagies only takes 5 minutes to prep - set it and forget for an easy weeknight dinner on those busy school nights.

  • 1 Slow Cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Mild Italian Sausage Links sliced
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Orange Pepper
  • about 16 oz marinara sauce
  • Hoagie or club rolls
  • Fresh shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • In your slow cooker, add the sliced peppers, Italian sausage, and marinara.
  • Cook on high for 2 hours, gently stir, then cook on low for 4 hours.
  • Arrange the rolls in a baking dish, then add the sausage, peppers and sauce, and top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Broil for 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese and ENJOY!!!
