Slow Cooker Sausage and Pepper Hoagies
Slow cooker sausage and pepper hoagies only takes 5 minutes to prep - set it and forget for an easy weeknight dinner on those busy school nights.

- 6 Mild Italian Sausage Links sliced
- 1 Yellow Pepper
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Orange Pepper
- about 16 oz marinara sauce
- Hoagie or club rolls
- Fresh shredded mozzarella cheese
In your slow cooker, add the sliced peppers, Italian sausage, and marinara.
Cook on high for 2 hours, gently stir, then cook on low for 4 hours.
Arrange the rolls in a baking dish, then add the sausage, peppers and sauce, and top with mozzarella cheese.
Broil for 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese and ENJOY!!!
