Spooky Spider Cookies
These Spooky Spider Cookies are proof that entertaining doesn’t always need to be complicated. Whip up a batch and watch the kids' eyes light up with excitement.
Ingredients
- Chocolate chip cookies homemade or store-bought
- Mini peanut butter cups
- ½ cup chocolate candy melts
- Candy eyes
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate candy melts according to package directions and pour into a piping bag (a resealable bag with the corner snipped works just fine, too).
- Pipe little spider legs around the edges of each cookie.
- Place a peanut butter cup upside down in the center of each cookie to make the spider’s body.
- Use a tiny dot of melted chocolate to “glue” on the candy eyes.
- Allow the chocolate to set for a few minutes—and enjoy!
